Some people say baseball is a dying sport, but at R.J.S. it's
alive and kicking with the number of participants on the

All leagues have player participation rules to ensure that everyone
gets playing time. All baseball & softball games are played at
5:00pm or 7:00pm Monday through Friday. All competitive divisions
have Play-Offs and an All-Star weekend. Registration begins in
March / April with games beginning the end of April and ending in
July.

5 & 6 year old boys and girls (Squirt Division)
7 & 8 year old boys and girls (Half Pint Division)
This is an instructional - non-competitive - coach
pitch league. This is where youngsters can fall in
love with the game of baseball, no matter how
much exposure to the game, and/or athletic ability.
We feel this coach pitch format adds many more
benefits than just simply playing tee-ball

This is a competitive league with live pitching and emphasis placed
primarily on fundamentals.
9 & 10 & 11 year old girls (Midget Girl Division)
This is a competitive softball league for girls regardless of their
experience or ability. It is here coaches teach the fundamentals of
softball.
